Research Vision

My vision is to develop advanced data-driven and deep learning methods to accelerate scientific discovery, and spark transformative breakthroughs in science and related industries. Currently, I focus on AI for Molecular Science, aiming to advance research in pharmaceuticals, biology, materials science, and chemistry through the power of AI.

My current research interests include:

  • 1. Deciphering the Language of Molecules. Developing physics-informed molecular foundation models that capture universal representations, comprehending molecular interactions, and enabling property prediction.
  • 2. Revolutionizing Molecular Design. Creating next-generation molecular generative models to accelerate the design of novel materials and drugs, enhancing the efficiency, precision, and scalability of discovery in pharmaceutical and materials research.
  • 3. General Algorithmic Breakthroughs. Exploring how advancements in AI for molecule can inspire the development of novel AI algorithms with broader applications.

While these ambitions are challenging, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible and contributing to future innovations in these fields.
